4. How many dollars do I get for each point?
One point equals one dollar in purchasing power.
5. How many points do I need to get a Rewards Card?
You need minimum 10 points in order for American Express Incentive Services to issue
a Rewards Card.

This program is effective as of August 15th, 2008.
8. How can I check the points for the bookings I make?
9. When do I receive the Rewards Card and who sends
it?
You will receive the Buzz Rewards Card two weeks after you reach 10 Buzz Rewards
points. American Express Incentive Services will send it to you.
10. How often are points / dollars credited to my account?
The points are credited to your account once a week.

14. Do my points expire?
Use before Valid Thru Date. Please use the Card promptly. All unused points will
be forfeited after the last day of the month of the valid thru date, subject to
applicable law.
15. What do I do if I the Card is lost or stolen?
Record the Card number and the Customer Service number listed on the Card back and
on the materials that accompanied the Card. Should the Card become lost or stolen,
contact Customer Service immediately and provide the Card number. This report must
be made prior to 15 days before the valid thru date printed on the Card.
