Air France passenger traffic up 2.2 percent in November
The performance of Air France flights this November had been appreciable. Franco-Dutch carrier Air France-KLM recently announced its operational results for the month of November 2012. The airline sounded upbeat at the outcome.
The airline in a statement said that its passenger traffic in November this year increased 2.2 percent on a capacity increase of 0.3 percent. According to Air France-KLM, the increase in passenger traffic was led by growth in Asia.
Providing details about its outcome, Air France-KLM stated that the increase in its passenger traffic led to a gain of 1.5 percentage point in load factor to 81.2 percent.
The airline stated that the capacity on its Americas network declined by one percent, while the passenger traffic increased by one percent. The load factor on this sector stood at 85.9 percent.
Regarding the outcome on its Africa and Middle East network, the airline reported a 2.1 percent increase in passenger traffic, while the capacity increased by 0.7 percent.
