If you want taste the best of Brazil’s rich cuisine, be there between May 31st and June 9th for the Rio Bom de Mesa, the food festival that showcases Brazil’s authentic cuisine. On 30th May, the Corpus Christi festival is observed throughout Brazil; roads are decorated and streets are lined with colorful carpets over which processions pass.
