Southwest Airlines recently announced it will be launching new flights service between Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Houston Hobby in August this year.
The airline in a statement said that the new Houston Hobby-Washington route will begin operational from August 4, 2013. The airline has decided to operate one daily roundtrip flight between the two cities.
Southwest Airlines is providing opportunity to book cheap flights to its customers to celebrate the launch of its new Houston Hobby-Washington route.
The airline is offering introductory cheap tickets starting at $149 one-way for travel between Houston and Washington D.C. The fares are valid for travel starting from August 4 through November 1, 2013. The customers can take advantage of these discounted fares for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Southwest Airlines has been serving Houston since June 18, 1971. The airline is currently operating 153 daily departures from Houston Hobby Airport.
