by Richa G 29. May 2013 07:40

Leading Spanish carrier Vueling has agreed to meet the growing demands from Welsh passengers. The airline recently announced it will begin its new winter services from Cardiff Airport.

The announcement by Vueling has come as a big relief for a large number of holidaymakers wanting to escape the frosty South Wales winter.

The airline in a statement said that by deciding to launch new winter services from Cardiff Airport it is extending its flights schedule to year-round operations in order to fulfill the demands of numerous Welsh passengers.

Vueling had been quite upbeat at the 2012 outcome with increased summer services to and from Wales, which helped it make significant profits.
The airline said that the launch of winter services is aimed at providing opportunity to scores of Welsh holidaymakers to book cheap tickets and travel packages.

Vueling is presently offering summer services to various cities including Palma Majorca, Malaga, Barcelona and Alcante. The flights to these cities are being operated from Cardiff Airport.
