by Richa G 4. June 2013 07:10

UAE’s national flag carrier Etihad Airways recently announced it will be increasing its flights frequencies to some the key regional destinations. The airline will be increasing the frequencies to these destinations starting from June 15, 2013.

The increased frequencies would provide opportunity to the customers to book cheap air tickets to destinations in the Middle East and Asia. Etihad Airways has indicated that it would be operating additional flights services to Amman, Cairo, Islamabad and Muscat.

Eti8had Airways in a statement said that it will increase its frequency to Muscat from 20 to 23 weekly flights. The additional frequency would connect the Omani capital with important destinations like South Korea, China and Japan.

The airline further stated that its flights to Cairo would be increased to thrice every day from the existing 18 weekly flights. Etihad Airways will also be increasing its flights to Islamabad from the existing seven flights to nine flights every week.  This is aimed at enhancing the airline’s connectivity from its Abu Dhabi hub to several key destinations across the Middle East and Europe.
