Delta Air Lines recently announced it has resumed its seasonal nonstop flights services between Athens and New York. The seasonal service between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Athens International Airport was resumed from June 2, 2013.
The airline in a statement said that it will be operating the seasonal nonstop flights on Athens-New York route with the help of an Airbus A330-300 aircraft, configured with 298 seats. Delta Air Lines will operate the flights on this route in collaboration with Air France KLM.
Delta Air Lines stated that Athens-New York route popular with both leisure and business travelers. According to the airline, the customers purchasing business class tickets and traveling in BusinessElite cabin would get opportunity to experience the new Westin Heavenly In-flight bedding. The customers booking business class flights on Delta Air Lines would also be offered newly introduced BusinessElite amenity kit featuring Tumi and Malin+Goetz products.
