Finnair revised its schedule to Tel Aviv and modified its operations on the route through the year. Earlier the airliner followed the summer-only policy to the city.
This is good news for passengers who wish to travel to the city of Israel in winters. Flyers will now be able to book plane tickets on A320 flight to Tel Aviv in winters, operational twice a week from Helsinki.
Currently the flight leaves the Finnish capital at 8.05 pm on Mondays and Fridays and arrives Tel Aviv at 12.30 am next day. It returns at 1.20 am and arrives Helsinki at 6 am.
The winter schedule however, is set for a modification beginning November. Senior vice president, Resource Management Greg Kaldahl justified the revised schedule due to the fact that Tel Aviv flights have been very well received.
For better connectivity, from November the flight will leave Helsinki Mondays at 3.40pm and arrive Tel Aviv at 8.05 pm. Fridays the airliner will fly from Tel Aviv at 11.15 am.
