Cape Air has resumed its seasonal flights to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard from Providence. The flights to these two cities began operating from June 14, 2013.
The airline in a statement said that the daily flights from Providence’s TF Green Airport would offer quick connectivity to either island – Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard – within 35 minutes.
Cape Air said that this year will mark the 15th season of its service to the two islands from TF Green Airport. The airline will be operating up to seven daily flights to both Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket from Providence.
According to the airline, the flights to the two islands would be convenient for the locals making day-trips as well as to those wanting to take connecting flights to onward destinations from TF Green Airport.
Cape Air has ticketing and baggage agreements with most major carriers allowing connecting passengers to enjoy easy single ticketing and baggage check-throughs between their selected destinations.
