Bangkok has become a popular tourist destination in Southeast Asia. A
study has recently named Bangkok as the number one destination for
international visitors in 2013’s Global Destination Cities Index
forecast. The Thai capital has narrowly beaten London as the world’s top
tourism destination in tern of visitor arrivals. The city expects 15.98
million international arrivals this year.
To top it all, Bangkok has more than one reason to be happy. Apart from
this latest ranking, the city promises great travel experience to
passengers taking business class flights to Bangkok. Oman Air recently
unveiled its business class lounge at Suvarnabhoomi Airport. Located on
the second floor junction between concourses G and E of the
international terminal, the lounge will accommodate up to 40 passengers
in exquisite luxury.
The premium passengers taking flights out of Suvarnabhoomi Airport will
be able to make use of the business center equipped with private work
stations offering free broadband and Wi-Fi. For relaxation, the lounge
offers sleeper couches in a dedicated “quiet area”, particularly for
those with longer connections and who need time to unwind.
The lounge also features a wide range of complimentary hot and cold
snacks comprising traditional Arabic food and oriental dishes specially
prepared under the direction of the chef of Bangkok’s Dusit Thani Hotel.
With the opening of this new business class lounge by Oman Air, a great
flying experience awaits those taking flights to/from Suvarnabhoomi
