Leading Filipino carrier Cebu Pacific recently announced it would be launching direct flights services to two new Asian destinations in December this year.
The airline in a statement said that Cebu Pacific flights would start operations to Thailand’s capital Bangkok and Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur from Cebu in the first week of December this year.
Currently, the airline offers Cebu Pacific flights tickets to four international destinations from Cebu, including Hong Kong, Seoul, Pusan and Singapore.
Cebu Pacific is the largest low cost carrier in the Philippines. Apart from several international destinations, the airline also operates flights services from Cebu to 20 domestic destinations within Philippines, including Manila, Busuanga, Cagyayan de Oro, Davao, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Ozamiz, Puerto Princesa, Surigao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Caticlan, Dipolog, Clark, General Santos, Legazpi, Pagadian, Siargao and Tacloban.
Cebu Pacific indicated that it would be launching twice weekly direct flights services to Bangkok in Thailand starting from December 8, 2012. The airline would also be launching twice weekly flights to Kuala Lumpur from Cebu from December 9, 2012.
The airline stated that a special promotional seat sale would be taking place until September 7, 2012. The sale offers attractive flight deals to the passengers. The sale covers the peak travel period from December 2012 to February 2013.
