Japan Airlines launching daily flights to San Diego on Dec 2
Japan Airlines recently announced it will be launching its first-ever nonstop flights services between San Diego and Tokyo. The airline in a statement said that Japan Airlines flights between the two destinations would be launched from December 2, 2012. The airline will be deploying a Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft to operate flights on this route.
According to the airline, the customers will be able to book Japan Airlines flights tickets at cheap rates for four-time weekly flights to be operated on San Diego-Tokyo route. The flights will be operated on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Japan Airlines further stated that initially the flights would be operated four times every week, but the frequency would be increased to once daily starting from March 1, 2013. The airline has already put the tickets up for sale.
The airline said that it will offer its customers a special in-flight menu exclusively on San Diego-Tokyo route for a limited period between December 2, 2012 and February 28, 2013 only to mark the launch of the new service.
