Qatar Airways equips its cabin crew and concierge staff with iPads to enhance customer service
Qatar Airways recently announced it has now equipped its cabin crew as well as concierge staff with iPads to boost customer service.
The airline has promised its customers booking Qatar Airways flights tickets that it will continue to enhance its five-star service. The airline’s cabin crew and concierge staff at London Heathrow Airport and Doha International Airport have been equipped with iPads.
The airline in a statement said that its employees at both hubs in Doha and London with the help of iPads are now finding it convenient to anticipate customer needs and provide assistance to them promptly enabling them to have an enjoyable travel experience onboard their Qatar Airways flights.
The airline stated that a custom-built application has been specially designed enabling its cabin crew and concierge staff to use iPads with ease. The prompt service to the passengers will also prove to be a boon in enhancing the brand of Qatar Airways.
According to Qatar Airways, the iPads would also be used for onboard enrollment in the Privilege Club membership scheme as well as several other services.
