Air Canada, which operates flights to various destinations across the United States, has earned yet another feather in its cap. The airline was recently voted as the preferred airline by U.S. travelers in Canada. The readers of Business Traveller voted in its favor.
As per Ipsos Reid Business Traveller Survey, 81 percent of Canada’s frequent business travelers polled for their favorite airline. The survey was conducted online. The airline bettered its personal rating and excelled by 12 percent points this year.
Many travelers from the U.S. use its services to fly to their respective destinations. It offers its passengers the chance to book airline tickets to cities in the United States including Charleston, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbia, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Anchorage, Denver, and Honolulu.
As per the results the overall satisfaction of customers with the airline boosted by six percent from the previous year. The flagship carrier of Canada is loved by 73 percent customers from the U.S. to travel between the two countries. This number saw an increase of four percent to last year.
About 60 percent of travelers utilize its services to fly to the U.S. over other airlines available as options. This number witnessed an increase of three percent from the previous year.
One of the founding members of the Star Alliance, the airline offers flights to about 178 destinations worldwide. It operates out of its hubs at Calgary International Airport, Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport, and Vancouver International Airport.
