Air France to upgrade business and first class cabins

Air France recently announced it will be investing several hundred million Euros to upgrade its first class cabins on long-haul routes. The airline also plans to invest in business class cabins upgrade.

The airline in a statement said that it has already prepared elaborate plans for the upgrades. The airline wants to provide improved services to its customers booking business class flights as well as those traveling in business class.

The airline stated that its Transform 2015 business plan has enabled it to make these investments possible.

Air France said that the upgrades will see complete overhaul of its La Premiere (First Class) and Business Class cabins. The upgrades will be made on the airline’s Boeing 777 aircrafts from 2014.

The airline also disclosed that it will be offering its customers free magazine and newspaper downloads from next year. Apart from this, the airline will also be providing long-haul style meals on medium-haul flights services starting this winter.
