Emirates plans more Business Class Travel options for Zimbabwe

Emirates is planning to introduce more flights to Zimbabwe and in the process add more business class seats on the route. The move is expected to go down well with the business travelers since Africa has become the cynosure of investors lately and more business class seats on the route would give more options to the travelers.
The slated flight will fly five times a week from next year onwards between Dubai, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Expected to be launched on February 1st,2012, the flight would be operated by an A330-200 under a three class configuration with 42 business class seats, 12 First class and 183 economy.
Once the flights are active, Zambia and Zimbabwe would be the 20th and 21st African destination to be serviced by the airline. New flights to Zambia would also help the country’s cause to grow out of its weak economy through tourism, trade and investment opportunities.
