SAS Passenger Traffic increases by 5.4 percent

Scandinavian airlines SAS reported an increase in the passenger traffic by 5.4 percent in the month of January.
The airline management said that the passenger traffic in January fell to 63.9 percent from 73.0 percent in December. The total decline was 8.2 percent in the month of December last year.
The airline management in a statement said, “The market remains unpredictable, particularly yield development due to overcapacity in certain markets. Due to high load factors RASK has been relatively stable."
There has been a positive increase in the month of January and the airline is hoping for the best in the coming months.
