SWISS named Europe’s Leading Airline Business Class in 2012 World Travel Awards
Swiss International Air Lines, also popularly known as SWISS, has once again emerged successful in Europe’s Business Class category in the 2012 World Travel Awards.
SWISS recently announced that its business class flights in Europe have been widely acknowledged and won appreciation. The airline has been named “Europe’s Leading Airline Business Class” during the 2012 World Travel Awards. The airline has succeeded in retaining the title it had earned last year.
According to the airline over 183,000 professionals from the worldwide tourism and travel sector participated in the voting.
SWISS has emerged at the top in “Europe’s Leading Airline Business Class” category during the annual World Travel Awards for the fourth time since 2005 and second year consecutively.
SWISS in a statement said that the airline is extremely pleased that it has been acknowledged by the voters because of its exceptional level of service, both in the air as well as on the ground.
Graham E. Cooke, President & Founder of the World Travel Awards, said that by winning “Europe’s Leading Airline Business Class” for the second consecutive year SWISS has proven its world-class credentials as winning is tough but continuing to remain at the top is even tougher.
