Once ready, the French toast is crowned with a generous dollop of butter and a drizzle of maple syrup. This heavenly treat is best enjoyed with a serving of Hong Kong milk tea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milk Tea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hong Kong\u2019s iconic milk tea beverage features a combination of black teas\u00a0 (usually Sri Lankan) brewed using the \u2018silk stocking\u2019 method.\u00a0 The\u00a0\u00a0 'silk stocking' in this case refers to a large sieve, which is used to drip brew, the tea. The tea is then expertly combined with Black and White brand of evaporated milk and sugar and served iced or hot.
