Aeromexico resumes its daily service from Ontario to Guadalajara

Aeromexico has resumed its daily service from Ontario to Guadalajara. The service between the Canadian city and Mexican city started from October 1, 2013. The launch of the service was announced by the authorities at Ontario International Airport. The service is aimed at benefiting travelers wanting more international service to Mexico.

Jess Romo, Manager at Ontario International Airport, said that this is for the first time that the service between the two cities is being increased since it started in 2006. The airline had been offering four flights every week, which has now been increased to seven flights every week now.

Romo said that this is a significant move for Aeromexico airlines and welcome news for travelers at Ontario. He said that it is a matter of great delight to see the return of daily service, especially as the holiday season approaches. This would provide the international travelers going to Mexico with more flight options at Ontario International Airport.
Apart from Aeromexico, other airlines presently offering flight services at Ontario International Airport includes US Airways, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines and Alaska Airlines.

Jorge Goytortua, Aeromexico’s Senior Vice President Global Sales, said that the airline is excited to resume daily service from Ontario to Guadalajara. He said that there is presently a good demand for flights between the two cities.

Aeromexico operates more than 600 daily flights from its main hub in Terminal 2 at the Mexico City International Airport. The airline’s network features more than 80 cities on three continents, including U.S., Latin America and Europe, as well as Asia and Canada.
