British Airways in-flight meals Height Cuisine to retain flavor during travel
British Airways recently announced that its specially designed in-flight meals “Height Cuisine” helps retain flavor during the flights and provide enjoyable travel experience to the customers.
Passengers taking British Airways flights on long-haul routes will now be savoring specially created in-flight meals will they are even 30,000 feet above in the air.
The latest creations prepared to perfection by Michelin-starred chef Heston Blumenthal will provide awesome experience to customers during their flights. The special creations include a golden beet root starter, a chocolate fondant and a nillette of mackerel.
The in-flight meals “Height Cuisine” are being currently marketed by the airline. The in-flight meals are specially designed to retain the flavor and satiate fliers’ taste buds.
A British Airways spokeswoman said that low air pressure and dehydration while on board the flights are the main reasons that tend the passengers to lose 30 percent of their sense of taste. However, the latest creations specially prepared considering these main reasons will help retain flavor and satisfy impaired palates of the fliers.
