China Airlines begin offering group Go Flying course

Get ready to book the “Go Flying” course now and live your dream of taking China Airlines flights.

China Airlines recently started offering “Go Flying” flight simulator course effective April 11, 2012, for aviation enthusiasts with a dream of flying.

The airline in a statement said that the course is open to all those over the age of 15. Groups can also book a time to go flying.

According to the airline, the “Go Flying” course is limited to 4 people per session and is available every day.

The airline is offering two different courses, which are priced at $1,965 (NT$58,000) and $2,237 (NT$66,000).

The Trip A course is for a duration of 3 hours, and includes a basic introduction by the China Airlines flight instructor to the instrumentation and pre-flight tips before entering the flight simulator.

The Trip B course is for half-day duration. It begins with the pilot check-in process, and includes a professional introduction to aviation including aerospace, weather and navigation overseen by a China Airlines pilot.

Earlier, China Airlines started offering summer flight camps for Dynasty Flyer members aged between 18 and 25 in 2010.
