China Airlines recently launched a new route between Taoyuan and Busan. The new flight has shortened the travel time between the two cities located in Taiwan and South Korea. The new flight has reduced the time taken to travel to two-and-a-half hours.
The largest airline of Taiwan is scheduled to operate six-weekly flights between these destinations. China Airlines flights on this route will use the services of Boeing 737-800 aircrafts. This plane will comprise a seating capacity for eight business class passengers and 150 economy class passengers.
This new service has brought the number of flight offerings by the airline to South Korea to 27 per week. It operates 11 flights on Taoyuan-Incheon, 7 flights on Kaohsiung-Incheon, 3 flights on Songshan-Gimpo and 6 flights on Taoyuan-Busan routes. It also provides 14 weekly codeshare flights between Taoyuan and Incheon, and offers a seamless link between Taiwan and Korea.
The airline is a major commercial carrier of Taiwan and operates out of its hub at Taoyuan International Airport. It offers connectivity to various destinations across the Oceania, Europe, Asia, North America, and mainland China. It flies to some of the prominent world cities including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Vancouver, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok, Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, Rome, Auckland, Sydney and Brisbane.
