China Airlines presented Asia Trusted Brand Survey Gold Award

China Airlines has once again been adjudged as among the best airline in Asia. The airline recently received 2012 Reader’s Digest “Asia Trusted Brand Survey Gold Award”. This is the 12th time that China airlines has received this prestigious award.

The airline was presented that award on the basis of an annual survey conducted by Reader’s Digest across the eight core markets of Asia – Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Philippines and China.

Over 8,000 participants took part in the survey this year. The survey was held encompassing 43 service and product categories within the airline sector. However, the scoring was based on six core ideals of trustworthiness, quality, value, understanding of consumers’ needs, innovation and social responsibility. China Airlines flights were adjudged among the best by the customers.

Apart from this, China Airlines was also presented the Super Green Judges Award. It was also awarded first prize in the transportation category of 2012 Green Brand Survey from Business Next magazine.
