The Snow and Ice Festival in Brussels attracts visitors
Brussels, the capital of Belgium is one of the most influential cities in Europe. The city is also the de facto capital of the European Union. The annual Snow and Ice Sculpture Festival is slated to be held between November 23, 2013 and January 6, 2014. This significant city is well connected with the rest of the world.
