Over the past few years exploring and searching for the best deals in flea markets in various foreign cities is becoming a growing trend and gaining immense popularity by the day. The permanent and biggest flea market in the city is the Loppmarknaden, which is situated in the suburb of Vårberg. It is also sometimes termed as Scandinavia’s biggest flea market. You will find nearly 250 stalls selling all kinds of things such as CDs, LPs, antiques, second hand clothes and much more. The market is open throughout the week. Entrance to this indoor market is free during the weekdays, while the visitors are required to pay a small entrance fee on the weekends.

If you are visiting Stockholm during the winter, you shouldn’t miss out visiting the popular Winter Vintage flea market, which is being regularly held for the past three years now. This unique market is especially for all those interested in purchasing vintage clothes, antiques and other things from the 1960s. This winter flea market looks fascinating with the settings of the pleasant 1700s environment. The market is being held at the old Herrängens gård in Älvsjö from 10 am to 4 pm. This is undoubtedly a great place for the quintessential bargain hungry lovers of vintage collections.

The Hornstulls Marknad flea market is particularly for all those visiting this beautiful city during the summer season. The market is situated at the street just facing the water and is surely a great place to spend your Sundays. This is great favorites with the local Stockholm natives as well as the tourists. Whether you want to purchase clothes, home appliances, electronic goods and other items, all these and more are available here. This is also a great place for your Sunday brunch and delicious street food being sold on the food trucks.

The Söderloppis flea market is situated in the basement of the popular bar/club Göta Källare in Stockholm. It is also a favorite haunt for the local residents of Stockholm. This flea market is open only on Sundays and can be visited after paying a small entry fee. Most of the stalls here can be seen selling household items, second hand clothes, toys, jewelry, vinyl records and taxidermy. You can expect a good bargain. Also, many things sold at this market are cheaply priced.

The Hötorget Flea Market, which is otherwise a daily farmers’ market opening from Mondays through Saturdays at the beautiful Hötorget Square, is transformed into an amazing flea market. It is situated right in the central part of the city. The stands and stalls here can be seen selling all kinds of items such as old electronic devices, magazines, clothes, CDs, vinyl LP, books, old radios, boxes, bowls, porcelain statuettes, glassware, and many more. You can see local residents and tourists haggling for bargains.

The Huvudsta Loppmarknad, also called the Capitol Flea Market, is situated at Krysshammarvägen 34 171 57 Solna in Stockholm. This huge indoor market attracts the locals and tourists in large numbers. All kinds of things are available here such as discs, lamps, clothes, books, and various other items.

The Erikshjälpen Spånga flea market is situated at Skogsängsvägen 59, 163 41 Spångavägen in the city. You will find a wide range of items here at reasonably good prices. This flea market is popular for its toys and furniture. Apart from these, you can also purchase porcelain, glass, lamps, home textiles, shoes and antiques as well.

Visiting the Myrorna Hornsgatan flea market during the Christmas season will be a perfect idea as you will find some fabulous Christmas decorations. This flea market is also highly popular for toys, particularly older vintage toys. Among other things available here include porcelain, glass and clothes. Most of the items sold here are quite cheap.

The Myrorna Skärholmen flea market attracts the locals and tourists mostly for its wide selection of furniture, children’s clothes, books, toys and antiques. Some of the items are often ridiculously expensive, but at times you can also get some real bargains too.
