Jet Airways introducing second Delhi-Dubai flight Jan 18
India’s largest private carrier Jet Airways has decided to enhance its connectivity to the United Arab Emirates. The airline recently announced that additional Jet Airways flights would be introduced between Dubai and Delhi.
Sudheer Raghavan, Chief Commercial Officer of Jet Airways, said that the airline would be introducing a second service between Dubai and Delhi with a day time flight effective from January 18, 2013.
Raghavan said that the day time flight service would give additional travel option to passengers booking Jet Airways flights tickets. The day time flight service would be complementing the night flight being currently operated between India’s capital city Delhi and Dubai, the financial hub of the UAE.
He also said that the introduction of the new day time flight between Dubai and Delhi would further boost the presence of Jet Airways in the Indo-Gulf sector.
Jet Airways would be deploying its new generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft configured with two classes – 16 seats in Premium Economy (Premiere) and 138 seats in Economy Class.
