JetBlue launches its Air on the Side of Humanity campaign

JetBlue Airways, the popular budget carrier in the United States, which has been serving the people since 1998, has unveiled its Air on the Side of Humanity campaign. This new advertising and marketing campaign depicts the struggle of contemporary air passengers.

The campaign has used a pigeon to portray the character of the travelers. The airline prides in offering customer friendly services, which differentiates it from its rivals in the industry. The airline has tied up with a popular ad-agency Mullen for this campaign. It plans to use this campaign extensively in New York.

The campaign shows the plight of the frequent flier or the pigeon in a subtle documentary style video. The aim of this promotion is to highlight the difference between the way it and its rivals treat their passengers onboard.

Passengers traveling on JetBlue tickets experience the carrier’s generous customer service. In fact, it has been winning JD Power Award for Customer Service for nine consecutive years. It is renowned for offering spacious legroom, responsive flight attendants, unlimited free snacks, and free DIRECTTV to each of its customers.

The airline was born in Delaware. At present its headquarters are in Long Island City in the New York City region. It operates low-cost flights to 79 destinations across the United States, the Caribbean, South America, and Latin America.
