Cathay Pacific Airways reward for passengers visiting First Class lounge at San Francisco airport

Cathay Pacific Airways recently announced the launch of a Foursquare campaign aimed at rewarding passengers who visit the airline’s First Class as well as Business Class lounge at the San Francisco International Airport prior to boarding their flight to Hong Kong.

Passengers who check-in on Foursquare at Cathay Pacific Airway’s Business and First Class lounge until April 30, 2012, will be receiving an exclusive gift and also get a chance to win an upgrade on their next flight.

Cathay Pacific Airways opened its First and Business Class lounge at the San Francisco International Airport in November 2011.

It is the first branded lounge of the airline in the US, and is modeled after Cathay Pacific Airways’ award-winning lounges at the Hong Kong International Airport.

The 520 square meter lounge boasts a comfortable seating area featuring the innovative and handcrafted Cathay Solus Chair, 3 shower-suites for freshening up, 7 private work stations, as well as the airline’s signature Noodle Bar offering freshly prepared noodles such as Dan Dan Mien and Wonton Noodle soup.

Open 4 hours prior to flight departure, the facilities at Business and First Class lounge can be enjoyed by passengers traveling on Cathay Pacific Airways and oneworld flights, Marco Polo Club members with Silver Card status and above, and oneworld Sapphire or above members.
