Delta to serve Punta Cana and Nassau from Pittsburg
Delta Air Line, a prominent carrier of the United States announced that it was adding two more international destinations to its schedule from Pittsburg International Airport. The airline said that the new destinations are tropical.
Beginning December 21, 2013 it will operate non-stop flights to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and Nassau in Bahamas. Tropical destinations are a hit with vacationers across the United States and North America. The news is a matter of delight for all the customers looking to book plane tickets to these sun and sand locations. It gives them the option and choice of booking in one more airline from a list of many in the U.S.
As per the schedule the flight will depart Pittsburg at 8.30 am and arrive in Nassau at 11.20 am. On Saturdays the flight will leave Pittsburg at 12.00 pm and land in Nassau at 3.00 pm.
Similarly the flight will take off from Pittsburg at 8.00 am and land in Punta Cana at 1.20 pm. On Saturdays the plane will depart Pittsburg at 2.20 pm and touchdown Punta Cana at 5.20 pm.
Separately Delta and Aeromexico have a joint-filed deal pending with the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Mexican government to add a regular non-stop flight between Pittsburg and Cancun, Mexico.
