Etihad Airways increasing frequency to Casablanca from March next year
UAE’s national flag carrier Etihad Airways recently announced it is planning to increase its flights services to Moroccan city of Casablanca.
The airline stated that its customers will get more options to book air tickets and take flights to Casablanca from Abu Dhabi, which starts from March 28, 2013 on a daily basis.
The airline recently celebrated its seventh anniversary on the start of its flight operations to the Moroccan capital. Currently, Etihad Airways is offering five times weekly service between Abu Dhabi and Casablanca.
Etihad Airways in a statement said that the increase in flight frequencies between the two cities would offer air connectivity to its customers to many popular Middle East destinations, including Jeddah, and other worldwide cities such as Sydney, Manila, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok. The additional frequencies are expected to improve the air connectivity in Abu Dhabi by 50 percent.
The airline is presently operating five times weekly flights services between Abu Dhabi and Casablanca with the help of a Airbus A330-300 aircraft configured with three cabins – 8 seats in Diamond First class, 32 seats in Pearl Business class and 191 seats in Coral Economy class.
