Jet Airways flights to Leh, Indore and Jaipur from Chandigarh from October

Jet Airways, India’s leading private carrier, recently announced that it will be introducing direct flights to Leh and Jaipur as well as a connecting flight to Indore from Chandigarh.

The airline said that the three flights are being added to the winter schedule and would begin operations from October, when winter schedule is implemented.

The airline said in a statement that by adding three new flights, the total number of flights operating from Chandigarh will go up to 15, from earlier 12.

Presently, the three cities of Leh, Jaipur and Indore are not connected with flights from Chandigarh. Jet Airways, which offers cheap flight deals to its customers quite often, has been granted approval by Indian aviation authorities to operate flights to these three cities. Chandigarh,as of now,  is connected through flights from New Delhi, Mumbai and Jammu-Srinagar, being operated by Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines, Indian Airlines and Go-Air.
