Malaysia Airlines first class passengers to be offered Chef-On-Call service on A380

Malaysia Airlines, which recently started flying its Airbus A380 aircraft from Kuala Lumpur, will be offering Chef-On-Call service onboard its first class flights.

The airline said that with its first class customers will now be offered a wide array of gourmet meals for pre-order onboard with Chef-On-Call service onboard its Airbus A380 aircraft. The passengers booking first class tickets will also be able to enjoy the monthly specials as well, with gourmet fare on offer like lamb shank and lobster.

Malaysia Airlines had placed orders for six Airbus A380 aircrafts. The airline took the delivery of its first Airbus A380 aircraft on June 29, 2012 from Toulouse and unveiled it the same day. Malaysia Airlines has now become the latest carrier to begin Airbus A380 service.

The Airbus A380 aircraft has started operations out of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The aircraft offers a total of 494 seats configured in three classes. The airline is offering eight first class seats to its customers who are assured a unique flying experience.

The Airbus A380 aircraft is currently flying between Kuala Lumpur International Airport and London Heathrow nonstop, three times every week on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays starting from June this year.
