Aer Lingus launching flights from Cork and Waterford airports

Aer Lingus recently announced it will be launching its flight services from both Cork and Waterford airports. The services are aimed at providing a major boost to tourism in the southeast.

According to the airline, Aer Lingus flights are scheduled to start from Cork to Brussels beginning March 26, 2012. The passengers will be able to book Aer Lingus flights tickets for Cork-Brussels flights to be operated three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Waterford airport officials said that Aer Lingus decision to operate regional services to and from the Waterford airport is most welcome as the services will give a major boost to tourism in the southeast.

With the start of services, the passengers will get opportunity to make Aer Lingus flight reservations from luton, Southend or Manchester to Waterford.

Currently, Aer Arann operates services from Waterford to Luton, London-Southend and Manchester for Aer Lingus. Now, the aircraft will be carrying Aer Lingus’ own livery and logo.
