Air China extends business hours for its North America Call Center on weekdays

Travelers booking Air China flights from North America will now find it more convenient to book their tickets and seek assistance on all their travel-related queries.

The airline in a statement said that the customers who have booked Air China flights tickets from North American destinations will be provided improved customer service.

The airline has extended business hours for its call centers in North America on weekdays. This has been done to offer improved customer service, and appropriately handle and respond to the growing demands of the customers.

Air China stated that its call centers will now be open Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 9 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). The airline further informed that the service hours during public holidays and weekends would continue to remain as usual, from 7.30 AM to 4 PM PST.

The airline’s customer service agents at its Los Angeles call center are bilingual (English and Chinese), and serve English-speaking customers from other countries as well, such as Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia and Singapore, apart from USA and Canada.

Currently, Air China operates daily nonstop flights from its North American gateways in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Vancouver to the Chinese capital Beijing.
