Air France to offer more seats as award tickets on European network

Air France and KLM customers have good news awaiting them. The airline recently announced that more seats will now be offered as award tickets on Air France flights on the European network.

The airline is taking this move to better serve its customers’ need as well as those of its frequent flyer program Flying Blue members.

With its ‘Flex’ awards, Air France-KLM is enabling its customers to book Air France flights tickets and travel with even more flexibility.

New innovations and services were launched by Air France-KLM as a result of surveys conducted with customers in June 2012. The airline’s frequent flyer program Flying Blue members started getting more advantages with the launch of the new services.

The new benefits have made it easier for Flying Blue members to maintain their Elite Status. According to the airline, all status miles above the level of the member’s current card are now automatically carrier forward from one year to another.
