Frontier Airlines has announced its Florida service schedule, particularly during the peak season. The airline said that though it operates flights to many cities in Florida year round, but it increases its services during the peak season (November through April).
The airline in a statement said that its flights to Fort Myers from Denver, which started from December 15, 2011 will continue up till April 29, 2012. The flights are being operated four-times ever week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. However, the flights to Fort Myers from Denver will again start from May 5, 2012, but will be operated only once a week, on every Saturday.
Frontier Airlines further said that it has started its flights to Tampa to Des Moines from January 15, 2012 through February 12, 2012, to be operated once a week on Sundays. However, the airline will be increasing Tampa flights from Des Moines from February 15, 2012 through April 15, 2012, twice every week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The seasonal Tampa flights will however be discontinued from April 16, 2012. Besides, the airline will also start flights to Orlando from Des Moines from February 15, 2012 through April 14, 2012, to be operated twice every week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The seasonal service will be discontinued from April 16, 2012.
