Garuda Indonesia special discounts for Indonesian students

Indonesian students taking Garuda Indonesia flights can now look forward to special discounts for domestic and international flights.

Indonesia’s national carrier Garuda Indonesia recently signed MoU with 17 universities and schools in the country, aimed at offering benefits to the students, lecturers and other staff.

Elisa Lumbantoruan, Garuda Indonesia’s Marketing and Sales Director, signed the agreement with the representatives from various universities and schools. The agreement stipulates that Garuda Indonesia is the official airline for those institutions.

Pujobroto, Garuda Indonesia spokesman, said that the airline will give 25 percent discount for the students and a baggage limit of an extra 10 kg.
The airline will also provide special rates for lectures and staff. He also said that the special discounts will be valid for domestic and international flights, as well as for official and leisure trips.
