Gulf Air passengers to be served Iftar meals throughout Ramadhan

Muslim passengers taking Gulf Air flights will be served Iftar meals onboard during the holy month of Ramadhan.

The airline in a statement said that Muslim passengers booking Gulf Air flights tickets will be served Iftar meals on the evening flights (between 3 and 7 pm) during the entire holy month of Ramadhan across its Middle East flight network. The airline wants to ensure that Muslim passengers are able to break their fast after Maghreb prayer is called.

According to the airline, the Iftar meal menu will consist of dates, sandwich, labban and fruit salad. The Iftar meals will be served to the passengers in a specially designed box allowing them the option to take Iftar meals along with them when disembarking their flights in case their destinations are reached before the call of Maghreb prayer.

The airline also stated that the passengers will also be offered the option to choose regular meals during these timings, which will be available on board all the flights during the entire day.
