Hainan Airlines wins Best Airline in China award

Hainan Airlines flights have been adjudged among the best in China. The readers of Premier Traveler magazine have voted Hainan Airlines as the Best Airline in China. The airline was among several other carriers to receive the Best of 2012 awards at a gala ceremony recently held at the soignée Sofitel Los Angeles on November 9, 2012. Nearly 10,000 readers of Premier Traveler magazine participated in the voting.

Joel Chusid, Hainan Airlines’ Managing Director North America, while receiving the award expressed his happiness and said that the staff of the airline work hard in providing personalized service to all their customers, and also know most of them by name. He said that the customers with special needs are especially looked after and taken well care of by the skilled in-flight and ground staff.

Apart from Hainan Airlines, other carriers also received the Best of 2012 awards, including Singapore Airlines, Asiana Airlines and All Nippon Airways. Singapore Airlines won three awards, including Airline with the Best First Class Service in the World.
