JetBlue Airways begins seasonal flights between Boston and Nantucket

JetBlue Airways recently inaugurated its summer seasonal service with the launch of JetBlue Airways flights between Boston and Nantucket.

The airline announced the launch of its inaugural seasonal service from Boston's Logan International Airport to Nantucket Memorial Airport starting from May 17, 2012

The airline in a statement said that the new service will offer great comfort to the islanders with daily jet service to its 45th nonstop destination in Nantucket out of Boston's Logan International Airport through September 4, 2012.

To mark the launch of the new seasonal service, Frontier Airlines is offering New England beach-seekers a third trip free who will be booking two round-trip Frontier Airlines flights between Boston and Nantucket. The airline will be offering an additional 500 points to the eligible TrueBlue frequent flyer program members.

Apart from Boston-Nantucket service, JetBlue Airways has also started daily nonstop flights to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport. The service to these two destinations from New York JFK will run daily throughout the summer. The airline will also be adding a second daily flight between New York JFK and Nantucket starting from June 21 through September 10, 2012.
