JetBlue Airways waives change fees and fare difference to Hurricane Sandy affected passengers

Passengers who booked JetBlue Airways flights tickets for travel to Salt Lake City and have now been affected by the devastating Hurricane Sandy would be offered relief by the airline.

JetBlue Airways recently announced that the passengers affected by the hurricane would be waived change and cancel fees. The airline also said that passengers who had their JetBlue Airways flights canceled due to the hurricane are also being waived fare differences.

This is applicable for passengers rebooking nonstop flights between Salt Lake City and New York’s John F. International Airport currently being operated by the airline. According to the airline, those passengers who are scheduled to travel Monday through Wednesday would be able to rebook their tickets through November 10.

Apart from JetBlue Airways, another U.S. carrier Delta Air Lines, which also offers nonstop flights services from Salt Lake City to New York JFK, has also announced it will be waiving change fees and fare differences for passengers looking to rebook their flights.
