KLM Royal Dutch Airlines planning to begin flights from Manston

Leading European carrier KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is planning to operate flights from Manston to Holland, according to recent media reports.

Media reports said that KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flights are likely to be operated to Amsterdam from Manston. The airline is considering offering two daily flights services on Manston-Amsterdam route.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is now a part of Air France after its merger. The airline has asked Manston airport authorities to carry out a survey to assess the potential demand for flights services to Amsterdam Schipol Airport.

Charles Buchanan, Chief Executive of Manston, said that the flights between Manston and Amsterdam would also connect Kent with various worldwide destinations.

Buchanan said that if KLM Royal Dutch Airlines finally succeeds in starting its flights services from Manston to Amsterdam, then this will be a boon and great opportunity for Kent residents to easily connect to sunny destinations throughout the year.
