Qatar Airways embarks on Boeing 787 European expansion

Qatar Airways recently announced it has started expanding its Boeing 787 Dreamliner service to various European destinations.

The airline in a statement said that it has started deploying the next generation Boeing 787 Dreamliners on three additional European routes to operate Qatar Airways flights to Munich, Zurich and Frankfurt.

The airline stated that its customers are getting opportunity to book Qatar Airways flight tickets on Doha-Munich route, where flights have already begun operations four-times-per-week.

The airline also launched its first-ever flights to Zurich in Switzerland effective from January 14, 2013. The airline’s Dreamliner service would operate on Doha-Zurich route thrice weekly.

Qatar Airways also stated that it will operate one of the double daily services to Frankfurt with the help of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft starting from February 1, 2013. Apart from this, the airline has also indicated that it will be increasing its Boeing 787 Dreamliner frequency on the Munich and Zurich routes to daily.
