Qatar Airways launches flights to Baghdad

Qatar Airways recently announced the launch of its flights services between Qatar’s capital Doha and Iraq’s capital Baghdad.
 
Qatar Airways flights to Baghdad have been introduced in a span of just two weeks to Iraq, after the airline launched its flights to the northern Iraqi city of Erbil. Baghdad is the second destination in Iraq where Qatar Airways has launched its flights.

The airline is operating nonstop flights between Doha and Baghdad four-times every week. Flights to Erbil are also being four-times-a-week by the airline.

The airline said in a statement the flights on both the routes are being operated with the help of an Airbus A320 aircraft in a two-class configuration, with 12 seats in Business Class and 132 seats in Economy Class.

With the addition of new flights to Baghdad, the global network of Qatar Airways has now reached to 116 destinations worldwide.

The new flights to Baghdad offer the airline’s customers seamless connection via its Doha hub from destinations across the Gulf, Europe, Indian subcontinent, Asia Pacific and The Americas.
