Air Canada Rouge launching seasonal flights to Dublin June 10

Air Canada Rouge has announced it will be launching nonstop seasonal flights to Dublin from Vancouver during next summer. The flights between the two cities will start operating from June 10 and continue until October 8, 2016. The thrice weekly flights will be operated on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The airline while providing details of new schedule said that the outbound Flight AC1940 will make its departure from Vancouver at 15:05 hours and reach Dublin at 08:35 hours next day. The return Flight AC1941 will depart from Dublin at 11:35 hours and arrive in Vancouver at 13:35 hours. The Vancouver-Dublin route will be served with the help of a Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.

Earlier, Air Canada Rouge had announced that it will be launching flights to new destinations from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) starting next summer. These destinations include Warsaw, Budapest, Prague and Glasgow. Apart from these destinations, Air Canada Rouge, a subsidiary of Canada’s national carrier Air Canada, said that it would also be introducing seasonal flights between Toronto and London Gatwick during summer 2016.

Meanwhile, Air Canada Rouge has also indicated that it will be launching its first route to Africa with four-time weekly flights between Montreal and Casablanca starting from June 3 till October 17, 2016. This will be the only service by a North American carrier to North Africa. The airline has indicated that it is planning to transform the new Montreal-Casablanca route to a year-round service in future.
