Air China launches new flight service between Beijing and Athens

Air China the national flagship carrier recently announced the launch of new flight service between Beijing and Athens via Munich. The new service commencing from 15th May 2011 will operate twice a week between the two cities.

The international airline will serve the new route with its Airbus A330-300 aircraft, which will depart from Beijing on Wednesday and Saturdays at 00.40am and will arrive in Munich at 05.30am. After a halt for an hour the flight will then depart from Munich at 06.55am and will arrive in Athens at 10.30am.

The round trip flight will then depart from Athens at 11.30am and will arrive in Munich at 12.55pm. After waiting for approximately an hour and a half the flight will then depart from Munich at 02.45pm and will land in Beijing at 06.10am the following day.
