Air France introduces mobile flight status service

Air France has recently launched its ‘Air France Connect’ service, which will facilitate its passengers by providing information of delays, cancellations, gate changes and information regarding missing baggage in real time. Air France and KLM passengers will now be able to get all the information on their Smartphone.

The international airline through its free service will be able to inform the passengers, 14 days in advance from the time of departures about the flight delays, cancellations, and gate change by phone, text or email.

The airline in a statement said that the new service is one of the most extensive in the world though which the carrier aims to become one of the established leader in mobile customer services. With this the airline will further extend the scope of its mobile website and applications to the customers that will provide reliable information throughout their trip.

The new ‘Air France Connect’ service is currently available in various languages such as Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Romanian.
