Airberlin offers free transportation of Christmas trees

Germany’s second largest carrier Airberlin has special offer for its customers this Christmas. In an attempt to attract customers in a big way, the airline recently announced that it will be transporting the Christmas trees free of charge when booking cheap tickets with the airline to international destinations. In a cramped European market, this is till date the best flight deals being offered by any European carrier.

The airline in a statement said that the customers should book their tickets at the earliest and take advantage of this incredible offer in time for the Christmas holidays.

An Airberlin spokesman preferred not to reveal the exact numbers of Christmas trees to be transported free of cost this month. The spokesman however disclosed that this offer has been receiving a great response from its customers.

Travel experts said that Airberlin has made one of many unusual moves by offering to carry Christmas trees of the customers free of cost. The airline is currently battling its discount rivals like Ryanair as well as the flagship carrier Lufthansa and wants to remain afloat in the travel market by this offer.
