Alaska Airlines to launch new seasonal flights between Portland and Kauai

Alaska Airlines recently announced it will be launching new flights between Portland and Kauai starting from November 5, 2012. The airline has put up air tickets on sale and is offering attractive flight deals to its customers for the new seasonal service in the two cities located in Oregon and Hawaii Islands. The airline will be operating four flights every week between these two destinations.

The airline in a statement said that the new seasonal service is in addition to flights being currently offered by Alaska Airlines from Portland International Airport to Honolulu, Maui and Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Alaska Airlines is offering introductory fares starting from $199* each way between Portland and Kauai to celebrate the new service. The tickets are available for purchase latest by May 24, 2012. The offer is valid for travel from Portland to Kauai from November 5 through December 12, 2012, and for travel from Kauai to Portland from November 6 through December 24, 2012.

The airline will operate the flights utilizing a Boeing 737-800 aircraft, accommodating 16 passengers in First Class and 141 in the main cabin.
